Are you getting tired of being bombarded with pictures of green smoothies?
Feeling left out because you don’t own a Thermomix, NutriBullet or some other high tech food preparation device?
Wondering if going gluten free will really cure your insomnia?
Nutrition seems to be getting more and more confusing lately. No one knows what it really means to be “healthy” anymore and there’s so much pressure to keep up with the latest fads being promoted all over the internet.
I think it’s time to clear up the confusion and get real about nutrition. And when I say real, I don’t mean green smoothies & chia pudding - I’m talking about food that’s simple to prepare and delicious to eat.
Following Rachel Eagleton's retirement, Amelia Belich, Dietitian - Founder of Balanced Nutrition Co is continuing this mission. We focus on evidence-based, compassionate care and food that is simple, delicious, and supportive of your unique health needs.
